Tamia - Candida can be a stubborn beast. Depending on the severity of the infection it can take a number of months to squash the candida overgrowth. Adopting an anti-candida diet and taking probiotics are great weapons against candida. Have a browse through the rest of the blog for information on other natural steps you can take.

I have been on the diet for almost three weeks now, and haven't had any problems until this past Monday, I came in counter with a yeast infection. I have also been taking the acidophilus. What is the problem now? How long should I be taking that medication? What else can I do to keep the infection from coming back?
