					<description>Raewyn, once you have sucessfully eliminated candida overgrowth you can start to reintroduce sugar and yeast products back into your diet. 

However before you do you need to be sure that the candida has definately gone or it may flareup again putting you back to square one. It is probably best to save these types of foods to have on special occassions and not to incorporate them as part of your daily diet. Also, depending on why you developed a candida overgrowth in the first place (i.e. through poor diet) then you may be better advised to continue to avoid them.</description>
